Fruit & Nut Blend

I'm not usually one for lighter roasts, but this blend's fruit notes are surprisingly bright without being acidic, which makes for a smooth morning cup. It has a clean finish that works well for my daily pour-over.

The nuttiness really comes through in the finish, making it a perfect afternoon pick-me-up. I’ve been brewing it in my French press and get a clean, balanced cup every time.

Brewed a cup this morning and the fruit notes came through beautifully without being acidic, which is exactly what I was hoping for. My usual pour-over routine worked perfectly with this blend.
