Melon & Toffee Ethiopia

This is perfect for my morning Aeropress—the light roast keeps it from getting bitter, and the aroma fills the kitchen the second I grind the beans. Clean, smooth, and just a hint of sweetness that makes it easy to drink black. Really glad I grabbed a bag of this Ethiopia.

First brewed this as a pourover and the aroma alone sold me, it’s incredibly floral and sweet. The light body makes it perfect for my morning routine without any bitterness.

Pulling this through my inverted Aeropress this morning was pure joy—the aroma alone made waking up worth it. The cup is so smooth and clean, with just the right brightness for a light roast. Definitely my new go-to for pour-over mornings.
