بسكويت مليونير شورت بريد هندوراس

The butteriness really comes through in a milk drink, and it’s mellow enough that I don’t need to fuss with the grind for a clean pour-over. Definitely my go-to for a sweet afternoon espresso that doesn’t need any sugar.

I’ve been pulling this Honduran as a ristretto and the natural sweetness really comes through without any sharpness. The buttery body makes it super smooth even for a lighter roast.

The buttery sweetness in this Honduran makes for a genuinely enjoyable sweet espresso, even after just a few test pulls. I’ve been using it for pour-overs too and it’s consistently smooth and mellow.
