貝克威爾塔祕魯

Brewed this as a milky coffee and the subtle tartness really did remind me of a Bakewell tart, which was a pleasant surprise. The beans ground up smoothly and the whole experience felt indulgent without being too heavy.

The creamy texture when brewed as a milky coffee is exactly what I was hoping for, pairing beautifully with a pastry. It’s rich without being bitter, and knowing it’s from an all-female co-operative makes it taste even better. This single-origin has become my new favorite afternoon treat.

This coffee’s subtle sweetness actually pairs perfectly with a pastry, just like the description says. I brewed it as a milky latte and it was incredibly smooth without any bitterness. Definitely a treat for slow weekend mornings.
