Cherry & Caramel Brazil

The cherry notes hit me right away, just as described, with the caramel sweetness rounding it out perfectly. I've been buying single-origin beans for years, and this Brazilian roast has become my new morning favorite.

This coffee’s cherry note is so vivid it tastes like I’m biting into the fruit itself, with a creamy caramel finish that lingers perfectly. The beans are clearly from a high-quality farm, as the flavor is incredibly smooth without any bitterness.

It was a nice change from my usual medium roast—the caramel sweetness balanced the cherry tartness better than I expected. I just wish the bag had a resealable zipper to keep the grounds fresher.
