The chocolate and almond notes come through perfectly in my drip brewer, and the aroma alone is worth the price. It’s rich but not bitter, even after sitting in my mug for a while. I’ve already ordered a second bag.

First tried this as a pour-over and the natural sweetness really comes through without any added sugar. The marzipan tone is spot-on but never cloying, and the finish is clean enough that I’ve been drinking it black all week.

The aroma when you open the bag really does remind me of marzipan, which is nice. Ground it up for my morning brew and it makes a smooth, not-too-bitter cup that I actually look forward to. Only knock is I wish the marzipan flavor was a touch stronger in the taste itself.
