Café primé Cup of Excellence des hautes terres tropicales du nord-centre du Nicaragua. Excellent pour toutes les méthodes d'infusion, mais exigeant pour l'espresso en raison de sa torréfaction claire et de sa haute altitude.

Henry ★★★★★

The bright acidity in this high-grown light roast makes a stunning pourover, and the sweet finish lingers just right. Brewing it as espresso took a few dial-in attempts, but the cup profile is worth the tinkering.

This is my first time brewing a Cup of Excellence coffee at home, and the bright, clean acidity from the high-grown light roast really shines through in my pour-over. It’s complex enough to make you slow down and savor each sip.

Ellie ★★★★★

I was a bit nervous about pulling espresso with this light roast, but it actually worked beautifully in my pour-over. The flavor is incredibly clean and bright, with that classic high-grown complexity. Really glad I snagged a Cup of Excellence winner at this price.
